Want to try Open Water Swimming but don’t know where to start? Are you wondering what all the excitement is about? This induction session is a perfect way to start your Open Water swimming journey here at Lake 32.

The induction includes a talk and Q&A with one of our experienced staff members and a supported dip in our beautiful lake.

**Swimming ability is essential prior to booking an induction**

Description

The session includes:

Meet and greet with one of our experienced members of staff who will give you an induction to both Lake 32 and Open Water Swimming.

A supported dip/swim including use of one of our tow floats.

A post swim hot drink and the opportunity to ask the team any questions.

These inductions are NOT mandatory but highly recommended if you’re new to the world of open water swimming. It is the best option to ensure upmost safety and knowledge about swimming here at Lake 32.
