Experience one of our Sauna & Dip sessions at lake 32.

Step into a rustic horse box, transformed into a luxurious sauna. Whether you’re looking to unwind in nature or wanting to enjoy the benefits of sauna therapy.
Here you can do both.

In booking this product you confirm to have read the waiver below.

The sessions are not to be done after swimming in the standard swim area, as there is an allocated area to enter the water during your session.

All sessions are 45 minutes and allow for you and up to three others to have exclusive use of the sauna (18yrs and older).

Description

o Ensure to stay hydrated and drink water while using the sauna as not to cause dehydration.
o Footwear and swimwear is to be worn on site at all times and in the sauna (Nudity is not permitted). Please bring a towel to sit on.
o Exit immediately if nauseous, uncomfortable, dizzy or sleepy and make a staff member aware.
o Keep clothes and towels away from the stove as not to cause harm to yourself or others, don’t touch the stove, it is strictly STAFF USE ONLY.
o Only use the water bucket and ladle provided, and do not add any oils or other liquids to the water.
o Alcohol, drugs and smoking are not permitted in the sauna or on site.
o All jewellery and metal items must be removed before entering the sauna, as these can lead to burns.
o Please secure all valuables in your vehicle before starting activity, keys can be left in the café for security.
o Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to use the sauna on site at Lake 32.
o Persons who are pregnant are not permitted in the sauna.
o Take care when entering the lake for a “cold plunge” as the temperatures are low and participants take full responsibility and do so at their own risk. (tow floats must be worn)
o All people using the sauna at Lake 32 take full responsibility for their own wellbeing and do so at their own risk. If you or any other participant has a medical condition (Cardiovascular disorders, Blood pressure disorders, Nervous system disorders etc.) it is essential to check with a GP before booking, and check that it is safe for you to use a sauna and let a member staff know before entering the sauna.
o Lake 32 staff reserve the right to cut short, refuse entry and cancel sessions for reasons deemed unsafe for clients and staff due to misuse of the sauna and/or behaviour that may cause harm to others. This includes clients not abiding by rules listed in this document. Refunds will not be offered to any persons who failure to comply.
o By Agreeing to our terms and conditions you take full responsibility for your own limitations and wellbeing while using the sauna at Lake 32, including entry and exit of the lake during your session.
