What is Nippy Dippers?

 

A community focused Winter swimming challenge

  • Swim twice a month throughout the winter period
  • Your choice of swimsuit or wetsuit
  • Your choice of distance
  • Meet new friends
  • Have fun!

 

You must complete at least two cold water swims each month to qualify for your medal!!!

 

Bookings for Nippy Dippers will be via our website.

We will welcome all of you to the first session, answer any questions you may have and wish you an enjoyable first session. Professor Andrew R Wolf will be hosting a Winter swimming seminar at 2pm on the same day, please feel free to stay with us after your swim.

What’s included?

When you sign up to Nippy Dippers you will receive the following:

  • Nippy Dippers swim hat
  • 10 Hot drinks voucher
  • Wetsuit fitting
  • Winter Swimming Seminar (21st Oct)
  • Your choice of completion Medal (Metal or Slate)

Your £60 fee includes a swim on the weekends below (either Saturday or Sunday) only.

Each Nippy Dippers Weekend you can choose either Saturday 1000-1100 or  Sunday 1400 – 1500

9 Mar – Final swim and medal presentation

**Although Nippy Dippers is a community focused event, don’t worry if you miss the specific swims above. You may record your swim on a regular PAYG session (at additional cost) to ensure you don’t miss out on your medal**

Don’t worry if you’re unable to attend the launch on the 22nd, you may collect your welcome pack at one of the following sessions.
